A pretty and traditional style villa, in a quiet location within a small, prestigious residential area of Javea and just a short walk to restaurants, a supermarket and tennis courts. We enter the property through the hallway leading to the main accommodation on the upper floor. Two tosca sandstone arches lead to a separate dining area and the kitchen, which is fully fitted and open plan to the dining area. There are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and a family bathroom.
An external staircase leads to the ground floor, which comprises of a double bedroom with an en suite shower room (a walk-in shower), an additional double bedroom (which could be used as an office) and a large storeroom.
In the garden there is a large summer kitchen, next to a spacious, covered dining and seating area, and a brick-built barbecue. An ideal area to enjoy relaxing and dining outside with family and friends.
