There are several golf courses nearby. Marbella is only at 5 min. drive and Puerto Banus at 10 min. The villa is set on three levels. The main entrance opens onto a large living and dining room with access to the covered terrace with views to the garden and pool. The completely equipped kitchen is next to the dining room. On the same floor are the guest cloakroom and two twin bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. The upper floor contains two large bedrooms with en-suite bathroom each and access to a large terrace with incredible views to the Mediterranean Sea. There is a fifth bedroom for staff or children in the basement level with en suite bathroom, increasing the capacity up to 10 guests. The garage is at this level as well. Cleaning service can be provided at an extra cost. This is a fantastic place to have a great family summer holiday with children or friends!!! A minimum stay of one month is required for holiday.
