The Marjal Beach Resort is a luxury resort with two outdoor swimming pools, an indoor, heated swimming pool, well equipped gym, sauna, jacuzzi hot tub, indoor changing rooms, showers, tennis courts, underground parking a storage room and children's play area. It is located in Guardamar Hills within a 10 to 15 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the Costa Blanca. The apartment is on the second floor with a South facing orientation enjoying lovely views to the pool area. The terrace is partially glazed in and has ample room for dining and relaxing. As you drive into the underground car park there is lift access directly to the apartment. Inside the apartment you have a domotix system operating the alarm, cooling, heating, electric shutters and lighting. The property has a luxurious feel to it with top grade materials used in the construction process and the build quality by one of the best developers in the area is second to none. The hallway leads you into a good sized living/dining area and out through patio doors to the terrace. There is a galleria style modern kitchen with utility room and all Bosch appliances.
