This townhouse offers no less than four different terraces, two on the lower level and two on the upper level.
From the upper terraces you enjoy open and beautiful views. One of the lower terraces has a small pond/pool where you can cool off during the hottest summer months.
The townhouse has been partially renovated with a new bathroom, new flooring on one of the upper terraces and a partially renovated kitchen.
