The restaurant has 3 spacious rooms for a total of 65-70 customers, a large bar, four separate toilets (2 for ladies and 2 for gentlemen), as well as a wood oven. On the terrace there is space for 130 customers, with a separate area for use as a VIP zone or for personal use. This area has a magnificent view of the Maryvilla mountain. In the center we find the fully equipped kitchen. Through the kitchen you can access the private living room, with a large lounge, two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one on each floor). On the main floor there is the living room and a bedroom with bathroom, on the lower floor there is the second bedroom with a bathroom. The apartment on the lower floor can also be accessed directly from the outside, where the private parking is located. From the living room of the apartment there is another access also from the restaurant to be able to expand to another dining room if needed. From the kitchen you have access to the terrace on the lower floor, where you will find a large basement and private parking for one vehicle. In the basement there is enough space for a wine cellar and/or other gastronomic products. Next to the basement is the gas house with industrial bottles for the use of centralized heating and cooking. There is also an old well in the surroundings of the garden.
