The villa is divided into 2 separate houses. On the ground floor there is a spacious covered terrace, living room, open fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite. The upper floor has a covered terrace with a little sea view and the same layout as the ground floor. The bedrooms on the ground floor have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning units and fans.
