This spacious villa with multiple terraces and a large private pool enjoys amazing views towards the famous Peñón de Ifach and the well known town of Calp. The villa is divided in 4 individual apartments on two floors, all fully furnished and each with their own entrance and privacy. The villa includes also multiple private parking places. All the apartments consist of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which some are ensuite with the master bedrooms. All bedrooms enjoy build-in wardrobes. Through the long hallway we reach the bedrooms and bathrooms. Here we find a family bathroom, a double bedroom and a second double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. We enter the second apartment on the lower floor through a Mediterranean garden. In the hallway we find a guest toilet. The spacious living/dining area is connected to the fully equipped kitchen and the front terrace. In this apartment we find 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third apartment is situated on the top level of the villa. Through a court-like patio we enter the hallway to the living/dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Through this hallway we also access a guest toilet, a double bedroom, bathroom and the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the outside in the patio there is a staircase to the rooftop terrace with amazing views. The fourth apartment is similar to the first apartment, only it’s situated on the top level. This apartment has an inner staircase to the rooftop terrace, which enjoys a lot of sun and amazing views. furthermore we also find 2 bedrooms of which one has an ensuite bathroom, a guest toilet and family bathroom. The town of Calp is well known for its great beaches, bars & restaurants and a holiday feeling. In Calp we can find all kinds of amenities, medical centres and of course the majestic rock the Peñón de Ifach, which towers from the mild Mediterranean sea. Calp and the area are loved by sun seekers, holiday lovers, (pro) cyclists as well as people looking for tranquility and beautiful green nature. Puerto Blanca, the marina / yacht club only 5 minutes away from the villa, will be completely renovated and will therefore give an extra dimension to the area and offer an opening for water sports.
