The house is located in the west part of Estepona, lovely urbanisation with really pretty gardens and two community pools, the house has it's own private garden and a pool could be installed if you wish, as you enter into the house you have a small set of steps that leads you into the lower living room which is used as a dining room, off the dining room you have a good sized kitchen, from the dining room there is another small set of stairs to take you to the main living room with an open fire place, there are 4 bedrooms within the property all on the lower level with access to the garden and two bathrooms, parking is communal behind the property, driving to amenities will take you around 5 minutes and you could walk to the beach in around 15 minutes, within the development there are 6 pools that you can use and also tennis courts.
