This lovely villa is situated on a very large plot with beautiful tropical gardens . The large pool is the centre peace of the garden. You enter the large house through a impressive hallway. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master suite has a dressing area with ensuite bathrooms and leads out to the garden and pool area. The other three bedrooms share two bathrooms. One is extra large and has a shower and a bath. In that part of the house is also an extra separate toilet. The main living area consists out of a cosy sitting area around the fireplace. There is a second sofa area, a dining area and a part of the living room functions as a study. The basement with natural light is converted to a entertainment/games area. This has a pool table, golf simulator, ping pong table and a bar. There is also a separate third toilet. The garage holds two cars and there is a second covered parking area for three cars. The large drive way with automatic entrance door can hold several extra cars.
This is a lovely house in a more traditional house that feels very homily and spacious. The house as it is does not need much work. If you want a more modern look of course it will need upgrading. This is reflected in the price.
