The villa consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen with laundry room and several lovely terraces on different levels. Downstairs there is a terrace from the living room and one from the kitchen. Upstairs there is a balcony from one of the bedrooms and a large terrace that also leads up to the private roof terrace. Here you have a really nice view of the surrounding area and plantations. On the plot, which is one of the largest in the area, there is a private pool, large areas for playing and socializing, but also space to park the car. From the plot you reach the unfurnished basement.
El Raso is a quiet and cozy area that is well located in the middle between Ciudad Quesada and Guardamar. There is a center with restaurants and shops right at the entrance to the area. El Raso is a scenic area with proximity to a salt lake and here there are several cozy walking paths.
