This villa is built into the side of a hill on a high area of Las Ramblas Golf. The view from this point is spectacular. The living room is located at the entrance level. This leads to a terrace overlooking the golf course and distant sea views. There is also a kitchen and a cloakroom. From here the stairs lead down to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is access to the garden both from a door halfway down the satirs leading to external stairs to the pool and access from the master bedroom. It is a very light and bright house furnished to a good standard. The clubhouse is just a few hundred yards away with a good range of food and drink. Also just a short drive just off Las Ramblas there is a La Fuente commercial center which offers a range of bars and restaurants with live entertainment. A pharmacy and two supermarkets are also close by. The sandy beaches are about a 10-minute drive away.
