Magnificent Villa with huge plot and one of the best views on the coast. We are very happy to be able to offer you this magnificent villa with one of the coast's absolute best views. The villa has a building area of over 500 m2 and a living area of 363 m2, which provides fantastically nice areas for the whole family to spend time on. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen with associated laundry room and large living areas where you can enjoy the incredible views. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms also have their own lofts, so here there is really room for large groups to both socialize but also sleep. These lofts are used today both as sleeping areas and offices. The whole house is incredibly well maintained and is built in well-chosen materials of high quality. On both floors there are large lovely terraces where you can enjoy the absolutely wonderful view. The large house also stands on a huge plot measuring over 25,000 m2. On the plot there is a large pool area with three pools and a jacuzzi. To the pool area there are trampolines, slides, areas to sunbathe on and last but not least a cozy bar where you can cool off in the shade with something good to drink. The bar also has two toilets and two showers. On the plot there is also a stage for events, a private pond, an anfi theater with stands, an indoor stable and a horse farm, space for archery, a house with gym and dance hall etc. Here are really all possibilities to organize parties, events or have as a bed and breakfast. The house belongs to the genuinely Spanish small town of Vista Bella. There is a golf course nearby and the nearest major town of Torrevieja can be reached in around 20 minutes by car. At the same distance there are several beaches and also several golf courses.
