The apartment is situated in a very quiet area of Estepona, very close to the marina where you can enjoy a refreshing and relaxing evening with bars, restaurants, several supermarkets, pharmacies and shops less than five minutes walk away. On Sundays you can enjoy a "typical" street market in the marina. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful promenade that leads pleasantly to the city centre.
The Urbanisation has one of the biggest swimming pools in Estepona. The pool is not frequented and has a very quiet atmosphere. It also has a tennis court, which makes it ideal for exercise. The apartment has two entrances, one of which leads directly to the garden, making access to the tennis court and pool very easy.
It has communal parking, and as it is a very quiet area there is always space to park on the street.
