This is a very nice and pleasant corner apartment with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a large living room and open plan kitchen. You also have a very large patio with access to the pool area. This patio is in a south-west position with sun from lunch and well into the evening.
There is also a lovely shared roof terrace with a wonderful view. Here there is access to an outdoor kitchen with a grill as well as dining areas for pleasant barbecue moments with friends. Up here, everyone has a well-sized private storage room where you can have sunbeds etc.

The pool area is green and pleasant in a leafy environment. Shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. And that around the knot is a nature reserve with lovely views and pleasant walking paths. This is a perfect holiday home but also very good for year round living.
