Here we can definitely say Location, Location, Location. Fabulous front line beach large studio in Butiplaya, La Cala de Mijas. This is a front line beach complex which leads directly on to the Board Walk and beach. You can walk from here to Capobino in Marbella. This south west facing studio also has the Wow factor when you walk in as you have fantastic views of the sea views and you get the sensation that you are actually on a boat. When you enter the apartment you have the kitchen area on the right with a ceramic hob, overn, fridge, microwave and on the left a large bathroom with the washing machine. Then straight into the sitting/dining room area looking out to the Mediterranean. The aparment has really nice private communal garden area with pool and a gate with direct access to the beach. There is also a communal enclosed parking area beside the complex and this apartment has a remote control for access to it. The beauty about this apartment is that you are within walking distance of all amenities and La Cala de Mijas is a very nice small old fishing village so has plenty of Restaurants, Chiringuitos (spanish restaurantes on the sea front that specialise in fried fish and fish smoked over olive wood), cafes, bars, supermarkets, shops everything you need. It is also near pubic tranport. This apartment is ideal to live in all year round or use as a holiday home. It is also an ideal play to work from remotely. You are less than 15 mins from the centre of Fuengirola and 20 from the centre of Marbella and only 30 mins to Malaga Airport.
