This residence is in the popular settlement called Villas Marinas in Aquas Nueva. Here you live with a short distance to most of the services. Sea views from the house and walking distance to the beach. The housing is in good condition, but some maintenance / upgrades may be expected. On the outside, some patio tiles have to be replaced. Thanks with new tiles have been added a few years ago. The home is sold furnished (except TV) and with kitchen appliances (fridge / freezer, washing machine, stove and hob). If you do not want furniture / fixtures, these can be removed before taking over.
