Flat in Pedregalejo, the house is located on the last floor of the building. There are only two houses per floor. All its bedrooms are exterior and have south and south-west orientation. It has an excellent terrace where you can enjoy the fantastic climate of Malaga and with space for different environments.
We receive a spacious lobby, where we have an integrated auxiliary wardrobe that leads us to the cozy main living room with fireplace and a spacious dining room, and which also has a comfortable and bright office. Next to the living room is the master bedroom, with a large en suite bathroom. From both rooms, lounge and master bedroom, we will have direct access to the terrace of the house.
Then the corridor leads us to another three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, of which two of them have access to an independent terrace of north orientation, and two full bathrooms. Finally we can enjoy a cozy kitchen, which has a laundry room and a comfortable pantry.
Donated by a special soul, Pedregalejo is one of the most sunny neighborhoods in the capital of Malaga. In this neighborhood of marine tradition, there are many villas and houses that testify that it was (and still is) one of the preferred destinations of the bourgeoisie and the high-level Malagasy society.
It is important to note that the urbanization has concierge, as well as that along with the house a parking space is transmitted, and the water is included in the expense of community.
It is located in one of the best locations in the area, on foot of all the services offered by Pedregalejo: prestigious schools, gyms, supermarkets, shops, and a few meters from the Paseo Marítimo where you can enjoy its classic chiringuitos, restaurants or designer cafes.
