Fantastic town house located in a very quiet cul-de-sac for sale only 800 meters from the beach. It is a small community residencial with 6 houses.
The is the last apartment, which has 2 parking spaces. The house was built in 2000 and it is renovated. The living room, american kitchen and guest toilet are on the lower floor. The living room faces south and overlooks a 36 sqm private terrace and the pool is only 10 meters away from there.
We are the only ones using the pool from the 6 residents!
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a 10 sqm terrace. On the 3rd floor there is a solarium which is 10 sqm. There is a 4-person jacuzzi and a lounge bed on the sun terrace, where you can spend your time in private.
