We offer a 3 bedroom townhouse on the first line of the beach.
It has been completely refurbished 3 years ago.
The appliances are all top of the range. On entering we find a patio of about 50m2, which has direct access to the beach. Through this patio we enter the living room divided in two levels, where there is a large open plan kitchen, a complete bathroom with spa and 1 open bedroom. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, both with access to a huge terrace of 35m2 with panoramic views to the sea, gardens and mountains. It has a bathroom with jacuzzi and a small storage room. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
The community has a barbecue area in height totally frontal to the sea, at the disposal of the neighbour who asks for it totally frontal to the sea, tennis court and football pitch, it has two salt water swimming pools and the garden is beautiful. The parking is overhead, although there are parking spaces for sale for 6000€.
You could enjoy a 20 min walk to the centre of Estepona along the beautiful coastal promenade.
