This fantastic house was built in 2003 with high qualities and a cozy design.
As we access the house there is a large hall and access to the private garage of the house. We also find a toilet with shower, a bedroom that is functioning as an office, a large and comfortable kitchen with pantry and dining area, and a spacious and bright living room with access to the back terrace. In the large terrace we have barbecue, laundry room and space for a jacuzzi or gazebo.
Through an internal staircase we access the upper floor where we find a large master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en suite. We can access the terrace from the bedroom. There are 3 more bedrooms and another bathroom with a bath.
The views from the back terrace are to the orchard where you can appreciate fantastic sunsets.

San Fulgencio is located 16 km south of the city of Elche, 22 km from Orihuela, and 26 km from Alicante - Elche airport. The nearest beaches are those of Elche and Guardamar del Segura which are 7 kilometers away. You have all the services walking and the atmosphere of a town but the proximity of the city.
